✅ 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 15 days or more before the departure date.

❌ No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.

🔁 Date changes are permitted subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Any fare difference will be charged to the guest.

💰 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation.

🧾 Service charges, booking fees, and government taxes are non-refundable.

⚠️ No-shows or early departures from the tour will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be provided.

🌦️ Tours canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions) will be handled as per company policy or rescheduled where possible.

👤 Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp) and will be effective only after confirmation from our team.

📅 The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to operational reasons or force majeure situations.

1. Temple visits are subject to darshan timings, crowd conditions, and local restrictions.
2. Start early on Day 3 for Gokul/Mathura and Day 4 for Barsana to cover the sightseeing comfortably.
3. Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays.
4. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, especially for temple visits.
5. Local traffic around Vrindavan, Mathura and Barsana can be heavy during weekends and festivals.
6. Carry modest/traditional clothing for temple visits and follow temple photography/mobile-phone rules.
7. Hotel check-in/check-out timings and sightseeing sequence may be adjusted according to arrival/departure timings.
8. Keep some buffer time for traffic, parking and temple queues.
