💰 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation.

🧾 Service charges, booking fees, and government taxes are non-refundable.

🌦️ Tours canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions) will be handled as per company policy or rescheduled where possible.

📅 The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to operational reasons or force majeure situations.

1. The itinerary is subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, and local government regulations.
2. Visits to Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, Sissu, and other high-altitude attractions are subject to permit availability and weather conditions. Any additional permit, union taxi, or entry charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the guest.
3. Check-in and check-out at hotels will be as per the hotel's standard policy.
4. Guests are advised to carry valid government-issued photo identification, warm clothing, and comfortable footwear.
5. In case of road closures, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be modified without prior notice to ensure the safety and comfort of travelers.
6. Any services not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions will be treated as exclusions and charged separately.
